​​Follow these steps to set up your Lumi account

1. Navigate to https://www.lumi.cloud or https://us.lumi.cloud/#/ (US users) on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox

2. Log in with the provided account information

3. Reset the temporary password to a new password

4. The system will ask for more information, click ‘Next’

5. Register a telephone number and/or e-mail address as a backup for password retrieval in case you forget it or want to change it

6. You are logged in to Lumi.cloud
