The semi-automatic segmentation result is inaccurate, what can I do about this?
Begin by verifying whether your DICOM data meets the specified requirements outlined in the System Configuration. If your DICOM data is compatible with Lumi, but the result of the semi-automatic segmentation is not accurate enough, please inform us on the case by using the Feedback form on Lumi.cloud. To find the Feedback form, please press the person icon in the top right corner and select 'Report Feedback'.

I created a manual segmentation, but it is not there anymore after I reopen the hologram
Manual segmentation results are, in contrast to automatic segmentation results, not saved automatically. Therefore, always use the Save button in the hologram menu to save the hologram, if you want to keep the created manual segmentation.

I uploaded 3D models to Lumi.cloud, but they are not visible in the Import STL module
To import uploaded STL models to a hologram, make sure to upload the STL models at the right level in Lumi. The right level to upload your 3D models is on Study or Hologram level. Check whether you uploaded your STL models at the right level:
-
Study level: in the Home window click on a Person card > click on the DICOM study card > now you are at Study level
-
Hologram level: in the Home window click on a Person card > click on the DICOM study card > click on the Hologram card > click on the Hologram name at the top bar

I want to use Multiplayer mode, but I don't see the session of my colleague
To adequately use Multiplayer mode, make sure both HoloLenses are connected to a stable internet connection. Additionally, select the same patient group as your colleague started the Multiplayer session in and ensure both players have access to that patient group.

My colleague and I are using co-located Multiplayer mode, however the hologram is not shown at the same spot for both of us
For co-located Multiplayer mode, it is very important that both environments are scanned very carefully. In this way, the HoloLenses can match the environments and project the hologram at the same spot for the users. An optimal environment includes some basic objects as walls, tables and chairs and minimizes the amount of moving objects and/or persons in the field of view of the HoloLens.

Loading my hologram in the HoloLens App takes very long
Verify that the WiFi is functioning properly. If this is the case and the loading time remains prolonged, restart the application completely. Additionally, ensure that no active sessions (indicated by 3D boxes with play buttons) are running in the current space when launching the Lumi HL2 app.
